Frequently Asked Questions

I'm super busy, how much time do I have to commit to this?

You can commit as much or as little as you want, but there is enough content for 30 minutes x 5 days per week.

I've already started with another practitioner or program, but I'm intrigued!

This program can be a supplement to work done with other practitioners, but reach out so I can make sure you're not taking on too much.

I REALLY want to sign up, but I have to convince my partner.

I hope you can speak openly about your needs/wants and set priorities together.  Self-care is the most selfless act you can take to be a functioning Mama!

I need to lose a lot of weight in a hurry, should I still enroll?

Although releasing weight is a frequent side-effect, come back when you're ready to focus on lasting and pleasurable health & wellness. 

I've never tried yoga before and I'm afraid I won't be able to keep up.

IMHO, the mind-body connection is more easily healed with yoga, but feel free to start with walking, dancing, hiking, or whatever you want to do.

I have lots of injuries and can't do yoga.

The videos have accommodations built in, but reach out to me so we can discuss a personalized plan for you.

The pandemic has been really hard on me financially, I don't know if I can afford this.
