  • Discover a transformative approach to mental wellness designed specifically for teachers and teens. In the midst of academic pressures, classroom challenges, and the fast pace of life, your wellbeing matters. Rooted in compassion, expertise, and evidence-based techniques, our psychotherapy services provide a safe and empowering space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Whether you're navigating academic or work stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergence, we tailor strategies to help you build resilience, unlock your potential, and reclaim your sense of balance.

With specialties in teens and teachers, we use a variety of proven modalities—like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction, solution-focused therapy, internal family systems, trauma/resiliency-informed interventions, and social skills training—to set clear goals and track your progress. Take the first step toward healing and growth—because you deserve a life that feels as fulfilling as it looks.

  • A comprehensive psychological assessment helps identify the underlying causes of learning, social-emotional, behavioral differences. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, schools, and agencies to develop a full learner profile, including strengths, areas of growth, evidence-based interventions, and a diagnosis, if appropriate (i.e., Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, etc.).

For many students, similar services are available in the public school system at no cost. We are happy to consult with you at no cost to discuss this.

  • Comprehensive evaluations for psychological disorders, including child and adult ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, etc. use a multi-faceted approach tailored to individuals of all ages. The process begins with a referral, often prompted by challenges in academics, social interactions, or daily functioning.

    Key steps include:

    • Gathering Background Information: Developmental histories are collected through interviews and questionnaires with parents, teachers, and individuals.

    • Standardized Testing: Cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments provide objective data on strengths and challenges.

    • Behavioral Observations: Observing attention, social interactions, and communication across environments offers real-world insights.

    • Clinical Interviews: Discussions with older children and adults explore personal experiences and coping strategies.

    • Input from Stakeholders: Feedback from teachers, therapists, and medical professionals ensures a holistic understanding.

Results are analyzed using diagnostic criteria (DSM-5 or California Education Code) to identify conditions like ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or learning disabilities. Feedback sessions provide tailored recommendations to guide interventions and support.

A thorough evaluation offers a clear path toward understanding, diagnosis, and personalized strategies for growth and success.

  • Through our behavioral consultations, you can expect a collaborative and solution-focused partnership to foster measurable improvements in behavior. Whether you have been trying to start a new habit, break an old one, or improve your child’s behavior, we provide a safe space where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can thrive. We take the time to listen, observe, and understand your unique concerns, performing a functional behavior assessment (FBA), if needed, and then work together to develop practical, customized solutions. We provide ongoing support and guidance, ensuring you feel empowered and confident in implementing the strategies and interventions to drive positive behavioral change.

Parent coaching is a collaborative and supportive process that empowers parents to navigate the challenges of raising children by providing them with guidance, tools, and strategies tailored to their unique family dynamics. It focuses on fostering positive parent-child relationships, promoting effective communication, and enhancing parenting skills to create a nurturing and thriving family environment.
