I am a yoga and meditation teacher, educational psychologist (LEP#4368), behavior analyst (BCBA 1-12-10527), mother and stepmother of 4, recovering perfectionist, and an imperfect human.

I specialize in partnering with busy women to address mental and environmental obstacles to finding fulfillment and being excited to go to work.

I aim to provide you with the resources and necessary nudges to overcome obstacles, harness your unique strengths, and unlock your full potential. Together, we work to create sustainable change through evidence-based practices.
